I think I'm gonna attempt the seats, and I guess I'll decide from there weather I want to attempt the console. Did anyone use the dvd provided from katzkin. Is it for our specific truck, or is it a generic video?

the DVD I got was for our specific trucks, crew cab 07+ models. and don't believe the hype from these guys who have done multiple installs, it took me a whole weekend, like 12hours total. granted that includes the heated seat portion and I took my time to make sure I was doing it right. would have taken 3x as long without the DVD. I set up a player in my work area so I could pause & rewind as I went along.

cool man. It will be my cousin and I doing the install over a wknd. shouldn't take too long to do just the seats with 2 people. I'll take pics along the way and post up for the next guy.

Did the dvd also explain the jump seat?

I copied mine to the computer but it's a big file, maybe I can post it somewhere for you? It's 602 mb. or mail a DVD.
