Yeah i was thinking about using the 3M stuff and doing the rockers as well as the mud guards. The winters up here are harsh they salt and sand the roads and everything gets sand blasted. The rockers and behind the rear wells of my old truck were pure rust in the end

I have the front of my truck done in 3M (Hood, fenders, grill, upper bumper, headlights, driving lights and mirror caps), ordered a pre-cut kit on the internet an installed it myself. Although it wasn't easy to install by any means, I was able to do it after watching the included video. The hood "valley" below was the hardest area, the rest was easy.

Cool thanks. I have seen a few youtube vids and once in person this stuff being installed. Tricky but doable with patience was my conclusion

I had the llumar brand put on my rocker panels..I like it but between the wax and concrete dust it makes it pretty visible and bothers me. I plan on doing my front end though but I'll do it myself since they cut the rockers on my truck and don't trust them anymore. Overall I'd do it again, especially on a white vehicle
