Default How to remove headliner in nnbs cc

So my new duramax got totaled. I already had a shop put a suede headliner in, i pulled all the trim, pillars, and headliner out of it through the back door with the rear seats removed, but it was really tight and not happy at all, but its out undamaged, but i dont think its gonna go back in that way. So i did a little searching on the internet and everyone is taking the rear window out, but i know this shop did it without removing the rear window. So does anyone know how to get the headliner out of a nnbs cc for when i go to put it in the new truck? Do i need to take the front seats out also or what is the best technique for removing and installing a headliner? Thanks in advance

you should be able to let the front seats all the way back and when your putting it in angle it in through the front doors. it will be tight but you should be able to flex it enough to get it by. if you have a 2nd person helps alot as well. this is how we do it at work when installing sunroofs in them.
