Default Houston has a little problem

Well leaving the house to go out. Went over a speed bump about 20 and this was the result...

Is that a 4x4 truck? If so your CV axle is missing and that would explain it.

That's a hub bearing failure not a spindle failure from what it looks like in the pic?

And from the looks of that left front tire, the front end of the truck has been neglected for some time.

Well I supposedly had the truck aligned but apparently was not done correctly. Problem is that I've noticed is the tires don't show wear problems till it's almost too late. Also would like to add that I love the look and sound of the tires but not very practical for a daily use. Will probably go with the BFG all terrains on my next tire upgrade.
