Help me build a fuel system!

i have run surge tank setups before and work great. mainly for road racing setups vs ***** out straight line runs. leave the intank pump alone. run a single bosch 044 for cruising around town. add a hobbs switch and a seconday bosch 044 that kicks on at what ever psi you want. i have seen a single 044 sustain 940 whp in an awd car. twins will sustain it.

just because this isn't the forced induction section, doesn't mean some of us haven't been down this road before.

My fuel setup is pretty simple...dual walbro 255s with one on a dedicated pump controller, all through an aeromotive fpr. Took my single stock pump over 600rwhp (with some methanol help) so I have no doubt a pair of walbros will net over 1000. If not the 3rd walbro in the nitrous fuel tank will pick up the slack

We are in same spot and this is what I am doing on my truck.

4 gallon surge tank in stock battery location with 2x044 pumps, one will be constant and other will be triggerd by boost. I calculated that it take 8 mins for full 4 gallon tank to run out fuel and thats without the stock pump. I am aiming for the same power range and at the level of power it blow up before you run out fuel

This what parts am using for custom surge tank that will help you

IE Fuel Pump Manifold Kit for Dual Surge Tank

Mmmm, well, I'm going to try something with a Magnafuel pump, kind of like Jake's setup, run off a 4psi Hobbs Switch. Will post pics soon. Keep me updated on your setup.
