Default Headers and where to buy??

Well im about to purchase blackbear's autocal tune and am throwing around the idea of purchasing a set of LT's with catted Y.. Ive searched and couldnt find the answer to my ?? Has anyone done a before and after 1/4 mile difference before and after headers? Im just trying to justify spending $1000 + on a set of headers. SOOOO help me justify it.lol

Wow 1k on headers!?! I spent $300 total on mine. Got them on sale at street side auto

You've got Pacesetters. Comparing them to $1k up headers/Y (ARH, Kooks, etc) is like comparing a ford probe to a ferrari.

lol @ 07 5.3. im in the same boat, but im not spending 1k on headers, and it seems if i want to keep CAts, its the only way to go. so i will cam it first and probably that fast lsxr intake

You got them for $300 .. Damn I just order those for 479 with y pipe...

Wow, i didnt realize LPP had headers and catted y for our trucks. i had there LT's w/ ORY on my old truck and loved them, I guess ill see about the new ones then

Got my pacesetters n ory from summit under 500 w gaskets n clamps
Only downside is not from summit, but I did need to repaint em
Rcsb 11 5.3. Also getting the autocal. Should ship today
Try amazon to auto anything too. "free shipping"
