Default having a problem

I need some advise on a problem i having with the truck. Well the motor seems to kind of misfire when im at a stop sign and ive already looked at my tune on the truck and the dtc's on the computer. Ive changed spark plugs and spark plug wires. But the truck runs good when im on the gas like im just going down the street.
