im looking for a flex fuel control module but im having a hard time finding one from a 2008. what other years would be plug and play?

i was under the impression that there were changes along the way but not sure what year that happened. i have a flex fuel pump from a 2008 but unfortunately the module was already gone.

or what other model vehicals would work? one from like an avalanche or suburban or yukon?

any help or info on this would be awesome!

i found that part number before, but it looks like several different vehicals used that same module both flex and non-flex fuel. if i was to just get a new one, would i have to get it programmed with flex fuel data? where would i do this? could i just have my stock non flex fuel module reprogrammed?

 

When i was doing the swap i contacted someone in a service dept and found out that the modules are all the same but have different programming. It was cheaper to swap to one off ebay than to get mine programmed though.
