remove the plastic pice under the grill and upove the bumber youll find a very good place in the outter frame side you can zip tie them or double face tha ballast or do both to be safe

mine are also zip tied to the bumper bracket with no issues, and i live in canada with shitty snow and ice blowing around.

Mine are on the radiator support. Double sided 3M exterior tape, two years strong.
