Mine still does it even after it warms up

Anyone care to share this little answer? Mine does the same thing........most annoying. Other than that, it shifts great.

 

This exact thing used to happen to me, I mean exactly. My shift points were set around 6400 rpm. A few months ago I installed my supercharger, built 4L60, and got a retune. I have the shift points set a little bit lower now at around 6200 rpm. The 1-2 shift problem is gone now. I can turn the truck off, turn it back on, take off full throttle and get sideways on the 1-2 shift, no hesitation. I don't know if it's the lower shift points or the built tranny or the new tune for the built tranny but the problem went away. I'm tuned with EFI-Live.

 

Any others with hpt figure out what is causing this issue?

 

Mine is very hard on the the shifts up to the 3-4 after startup and every now and then wile driving around town Im tuned and we have everything else perfect but this.
