Whats funny about it. Myself and mulitple guys here have seen a 1-2/10th drop with the cutout open. Nothing funny about flipping a switch and dropping 2/10s off your time. Dont believe it if you dont want to, I'll stick with my open cutout on the track.

What were his times? did he test it with open/closed cut out??

and im not laughing at dropping times on the 1/4, anything that helps you go faster im all for. But i dont see a cut out doing it. Not that much atleast.
My stall brought down my time .30 and for a cut out to do .20 is really hard to believe. Unless hes got a straw for an exhaust pipe and then opens the cut out to a 3" outlet... maybe, just maybe.

I dropped the consistant 2/10's with cutouts open on my crew cab--My exhaust was running 2.5" true duals with bullets dumped. I was running the Arizona speed long tubes but had modified the factory y-pipe with cats to mount up to the headers. My truck wasn't stock or near stock but I can vouch for the 2/10's drop thru open cutouts.

If cutout work the same as dropping the exhaust, I'm sold.. I picked up 3 tenths & 3 mph over my flowmaster exhaust! I couldn't believe it..

H-pipe? As in true duals? If thats the case I think you'll be sorry you did it. Just stick with a single 3" exhaust with a nice flowing muffler like magnaflow, borla, etc......
