ah my bad, i thought you were going from 4wd ubolts to 2wd ubolts..

So you can reuse the stock 4wd u bolts?

Yes, the blocks are only 1.5" rather than the NBS 2" blocks. Just make sure you tighten them evenly and you'll be ok.

I thought you have to cut the weld on the bed for the shackles not to hit after the install?

Mine fit fine and I still have about 3/4 in clearence. I think the folding of the bed seam was a trick to help install but I didnt do it.

I have a 2wd, is the shackle and block too much with stock height in front????
anybody have pics of stock height 2wd in front and shackles and/or blocks?

Have you tried a level drop which would consist of pulling the blocks out of the back?

thanks for the tip!
I installed mine and like you said I did not need to bend the weld like the instructions said to. I have bout a 1/2inch of clearance. (Ground Force shackles).

If you guys don't want to fold that seam the bed bolts are easy to get to...

Yup, click on link in sig for pics. I had big plans for this truck but life got in the way. I did however do the drop in back ..nice side shot in there for ya...
