DJM 5" rear drop bad problem HELP!!!

I think you mean the exact opposite, if I rotate it downward it take away *. And under accel the dif. is rolled upward instead of downward because of the force that the tires have rotating one direction it makes the differential want to rotate the opposite direction

incorrect as you accelerate the yoke wants to go up.. the tires go one way and the housing wants to go the other way...
hopefully you didnt damage the shaft since you drove it with it squeezed in there....
ok i would get some shims and angle the yoke down a little.... like 2*

i think your angles are too great so lowering the front of the yoke will put the driveshaft at more of an angle which would help decrease both working angles....
hmm.. how close are you to hitting the frame??? did you have to c-notch???

ok, i got to see bigger pictures. you have 5* on the actual transmisson. dont worry with what the transmission is, just worry with what the driveshaft is off of the yoke when it's installed into the transmission. so your at 5* on the transmission, you need to count that 5* as a 0* its basically zeroing out your dial. (that's your factory setting, so go off of that)
now your rear end should be set at 2-3* that's why you have that horrible vibration, you aren't canceling anything out. it's almost dead even ya know? 5* at the tranny to 5-6* at the rear end makes it in line. you want it to be a couple degrees off from the tranny to allow the u-joints to do their job.

Well after countless measuring I found a big problem... And it is the cheap *** angle finder I've been using... NOWHERE in town carries a good one in stock and this one gets a different * every time you hold it up because the needle hangs so I've basically just been waisting my time... Taking it to a Shop tomorrow to have it done and saying to hell with the doing it over and over and still not knowing if it's dialed in. They are going to tell me how close I was. Im fine under mild accel all the way to 80mph(didn't chance higher). But under hard accel it vibrates pretty bad between 50-60 then smooths out so I know I'm only a degree or two off and that's after coming down at least two *'s this morning
