Did you have to do a C-Notch to get the rear down 7 inches. How is it on ride quality tire rub etc so far. Sorry to bug you with all the questions but my 4x is begging for a 4/7 because of the same reason yours got an altitude adjustment.

No I didn't have to do the notch to get the rear down 7. I did a flip kit which actually put the rear down 7 1/2", I installed helper bags and aired them up to level the truck out. The ride isn't bad, just a little bit rougher and choppy compared to stock. The only tire rub I have is on the front when turning at a lock, the tire will just rub the rear portion of the inner fender.

Looks great, I just finished the same drop on mine, dont have airbags on the rear of the truck and it seems to sit a bit ghetto.. down in the back.

Did you notice this on yours as well?

I noticed about 3/4 of an inch difference front to rear..

If you want a notch, I have a BNIB bolt in from McGaughy. Shoot me a pm if you're interested in it.

Yes mine was sitting about an inch lower in the rear after the flip kit. I added the bags and was able to bring it up level. Problem solved.

Thanks, i was concerned that mine was the only one that did this.. Makes me
feel alot better.. Do you feel that the bags are what made it ride rougher or the drop in general..

I had concidered cutting the rivets off of the rear hanger and moving it down about an inch so that i wasnt relying on the bags to hold the rear end up..

Yeah the bags made it rougher for sure, I ended up having to put 35 psi in them to get it level. Before that is was pretty soft feeling but my tires were rubbing the rear inner fender when hitting a bump.
