Congrats on the truck!
I just put a big body 3-1/2'' in/out magnaflow on my 6.2 it has just the right amount of sound and I could feel a difference as well. It only took them 10 minutes to swap out with the factory muffler. They are kinda pricey though since there such a big muffler.

I had a local muffler shop do it for me. The muffler is $229 and they charged me $20 for the install.
It looks really nice. I'll get some pictures once I'm back from vacation next week.
Mine has the resonator behind the axle if that's what your talking about? There is no drone really. He told me I could come back and cut the resonator out if I wanted some more sound.

I wanted to take the resonator off for a little more sound and performance over stock. Sounds like I will keep it after hearing y'all opinion.
Kyle, is it the big oval 24" long case? I've installed these on 5.3's and they sound just right to me but worried it would be too loud for the 6.2. If you have any sound clips or speedo vids that would be great!

I don't have any sound clips but I can get some once I get home. It's at least 24'' long if not longer. It's not loud at all really.

Thanks Ben! I hear you on that one, the Sierra's definitely look better than the Silverado's. I didn't want a new truck, but I wanted something in an 09 with the 6speed even if it was a 5.3 but they want too damn much for these trucks used. I got 8.5k off and half the down payment for exactly what I wanted.
