Default Blackbear tune :) track wednesday!

Well i got my tune! he said he wanted me to take logs again and send them back, I guess so he can fine tune them. Hopefully if the rain stays away ill be going to the track wednesday to see what it can do. The only thing im afraid keeping me from 13s are my 20's but going by the other 6.2 times i can hopefully do it.

One ? though, kno they dont make shift kits for these trannys yet, does he have a way of making the part throttle shifts firmer?

the 6l80E is fully electronic. The tuner has to tune the trans to give same results as a shift kit and servo.

I can be firmed, but these trannies take time to learn. No matter what, it will never shift like a 4 speed. It has on coming and off going clutching. If the shift times are too low, u can end up in 2 gears at once....holy toasty. I have my shift tmes at .25. With no tq kbt it was violent even at stock pressures at wot. Like my car would turn sideways on the 1 to 2. I put some tm back in it...lol

ok, i was unaware of this. But im using v.2 from a friend of mine who has efi live. justin emailed the tune to me and asked for me to take logs after it was installed and send them back. thats when i was gonna ask to firm the part throttle shift
