Thanks everyone for the comments..and yes I cut my headlights to clear them. I have no leaking problems whatsoever and they look great. I did it with a dremmel. I can do it for you if you want...lol my plans are getting new gears ..long tube headers cause i made the mistake of buying shortys headers a retune and two piece driveshaft.

I have seen a few threads of people that were able to bake them and get them apart, not sure cutting is needed

I know people that tried to baked them but they ended up melting the lights because the size of the headlights are big and also most of the people were having problems fitting the lights in the oven..lol the way i did it you dont even notice the cut because i used black silicone..

If you cut them is super easy there's a video that shows you step by step on how to clear your lights..

ya, watched that a few times.

I keep meaning to clear mine, just get sidetracked with other projects when home.

not sure if i want to clear mine or color match the insides

or do like sandman did and do a retrofit and put projectors in there. I am leaning more towards that. I have done other retro projects in the past

I would like projectors in my factory headlights. Somebody needs to start building factory-appearing projector headlights for our trucks; I'm interested in HIDs but I won't do them until I have a good projector housing available, and I don't have any use for any of the ridiculous halo/led strip/Gatling gun-style **** out there. I just want really bright lights that are properly focused so they don't blind the hell out of oncoming traffic.

Truck looks great
