I have a Pat G spec'd cam that was ground by EPS (he works with Comp as it shipped from comp). I run PAC1518s, pushrods with stock retainers, seats/seals, locks, lifters and rockers. I shift it at 6100rpms all day, currently its tuned by BBP but i plan to get it dyno tuned to really dial it in. Otherwise i have all the same mods you have and a stall. My specs are 222/234 .596/.601 114+5 lsa, like cam stated i did not go extreme to prevent issues with PTV clearance. It was much quicker up top but gained little on the bottom over stock, so i stalled it. Now it lights them to the 1-2 shift, then lights em back up in second and can chirp 3rd. Tune is the biggest thing, I know I am leaving som on the table on mine and the 3200 stall is not the best for DD so i would recommend lower 26-2800.
