The clutches go out in them do to a lot of people trying to change shift points or running huge hp with no tq mang. Mine isnt a dyno queen nor does it hold a 500hp motor but i havent had a single issue as far as the transmission since i put it in and i drive/abuse my truck more than skipperdaddy does. His truck holds the 500hp with ease considering its a bone stock tcm tune other than shift points

 

Oh an its about 2k just for the cirlce d upgrade and then parts/labor are added on if you have parts worn out in the transmission
