Default Another VVT Cam issue??

Does anyone on here know about this?:

http://www.compcams.com/Base/pdf/156...189%20core.pdf

If this is right (and I'm sure Comp knows what they are saying), this could prove to be a nightmare for those of us fools who insist on keeping the VVT and end up buying a VVT cam for the wrong phaser. I can only imagine how crappy a motor would run with 13 extra degrees of cam retard!!
Maybe this is why some folks could never get their L92's to run right with an aftermarket VVT cam??

Thats pretty interesting, some people should probably check their cam core #'s to be sure.

I just took off the timing cover and I have the old style phaser pn 1258994 and fortunately for me the cam I ordered from EPS is a Comp 156 core so with the Comp Phaser limiter 5456 Im good to go. Whew I was worried there for a minute it took me EONS to get all these parts together
