Hi,We are modifying a 2016 Yukon XL for wheelchair access and have removed the two front seats. As I am sure you are aware, the seats have an airbag in them, and I think a weight sensor. There may be other safety related components as well. Of course when we removed the seats and associated components, the airbag dash light came on, which I understand disables the remaining airbags. We are looking for a solution keep the remaining system functional. Has anyone run into this when switching seats? Any idea how to bypass the missing components?
