Default Adding Cruise Control?

My dad was just given a 08 Silverado w/t by his company and it came without cruise control , is there any easy way to go about adding it? preferably a stock one, if not a good aftermarket.

Wonder if it's possible to pick up the steering wheel controls and get a reflash? With it being DBW, I don't think there are any aftermarket solutions.

i'll talk to a buddy for you tomorrow to see what brand they install. He works@ a car stereo shop but they mainly do remote starts, alarms and cruise controls for the local dealers. Its business, its bread and butter for them, and they know what they are doing. I want to say they use something like autopage or a metra brand. I'll call and make for sure.
