get a cusom tune an it'll fix it

yeah the truck is all stock and wanted to leave it that way prior to doing a magnacharger. Then I planned on doing a tune after the install.
Just kind of wanted this issue fixed before the install without having to go the aftermarket tune route.

Power enrichment delay, even though you go 100% throttle a stock tune will not dump fuel immediately...a good tuner will disable

does anyone know what files/folders we have to adjust in the hptuner program for this power enrichment delay i dont tune but i would like to tell me tuner to double check that but i am pretty sure he already has.

Also make sure they don't target your power enrichment too lean...13:1 AFR is not good if you run 10% ethonol, alcohol requires a richer mix for max power, a good tuner will know this...

Question, why 48? Why not 50 or....?? Stock on my 07 is 87 for the whole chart....just curious.

50 is so close it really doesn't matter do what you like...48 % throttle to go into PE is more aggresive than 87%...

The 87 is stock, just sometimes when I look at what guys are tuning I wonder why they used 39 instead of 40 or 48 instead of 50 etc...wasn't sure if that's just where you felt it was really good or there was a specific reason behind that number.

HPTuners is awesome, bit overwhelming though as a noob so sorry for the stupid questions. Learning though, its pretty neat.
