Default 22's

Has anyone replaced their factory 20's to 22's on a 2011 truck? I was wondering how noticable the drive difference is? I have had many chances to trade up for new wheels.

Your tire size will really be the deciding factor IMO. I traded my 20" stocks for 24s, and i had a 4/6 drop before the trade. It still rode almost factory. You will "feel" the road more the smaller you go with your tires. Going up to 22s, with possibly a 305-40-22, you really wont be able to tell anything unless you get on a really bad road. Just my 2cts...

I've got 285/45r22s for the summer; same tire height, but about an inch less sidewall. Can't notice a difference in terms of ride quality. Maybe a bit worse, but it's really close.

i am running 305/45-r22's on my truck, rides great. ride quality is the same as or better than stock tires (265/70-17), but the handling difference is amazing.
