Default 2010 single cab sierra 6.2 conversion (whats needed)

hey

my friend has a 2010 sierra single cab 4x4 5.3l and he wants to swap in a 6.2 off a denali ,what is needed to make everything work i have seen people swap l92's on the 4 speed single cab nnbs but never on the 6-speed single cab.

find out if the motor has DOD/VVT if so then delete it. use your 5.3 timing cover. swap to the LS2 wedge style timing chain dampener IMHO. then swap the 5.3 flywheel to the 6.2 bolt it in. i THINK the 5.3 6 speed is the same as the 6.2 6 speed flywheel, but im not sure so save yourself some time and just swap flywheels.
