Did my 4.10 gears in the rear of my truck today. Took about 2 hours. After finding a new pinion seal... But it was fun. Have Motive gears and they were humming like tires do sometimes and now they are a little more quite. Only put maybe 30 miles on them. Going to change the gear oil before my long trip in 10 days.
Before winter i will be doing the fromt IFS.

The gears really woke up the truck, hills are no problems with the wheels and tires. Tuned with EFIlive also.

I know this is awakening from the dead, does the 2010 have a different pinion bearing outer race size? I got a ratech kit for install but I read somewhere the 2010 and newer they changed bearing size and its dealer only?
