2010 6.2 cold start problems EVERY morning?

I understand your thought process but that is not how the system works. In a normal operating system there is no fuel being dumped until the engine is cranking. It is possible a injector could be leaking. But this would cause black smoke. Are there any other symptoms? After it starts does it run ok? A fuel pressure gauge hooked up on a cold start would be helpful.

it was a weak fuel pump. dealer replaced it and it runs like a champ now!
