Got a question for a guy at work. He's struggling with a busted front diff. Case was busted and so everything inside got ate up. Question is, since that transfer is so hard to find in our area (used), can he use one from something non awd. Since they are everywhere and much cheaper. I know that have the actuator but can it be made to work. I don't think he even cares if one side doesn't pull. Thanks for any help

 

I had seen an awd conversion adaptor somewhere i think dorman makes it, ill look it up at work tomorrow
