The pictures were good, can't wait to see the finished product. It was hard to read that write up though.

the last two days were dusty...and hot so i couldent work..here is what has been done..

because the housing will show and i wont cover it with acrilic or chrome

i paintd it with a primer and then gave it a mate black color

as for the outer reflector.. i cleared it and removed the chrom with sand paper and coverd the parts that i want to leave chrome

as you can see from the pics if finishd only one side ill do the other tonight by gods willing...
also ypu can see if u foucs on the projectors that they arent aimed the same way

the lower ones will be operated through a switch just for boosting light on dark roads and such i think a pair will do enough

here is the beam pattren of one side with bothe upper and lower turend on at 50ft this is without adjustment( they are aimed way down than they should

oh you can,,,with the right tools it wont take alot of time maybe 20 hourse all and all

it took me more than 3 weeks including the second parts order
