08 NNBS drop kit recommendations
So I got some money to blow. I was looking on amazon and saw this kits (link below). The first one is a 4/6, but I want to do a 4/7 drop on my 08 single cab sierra. Should I go with belltech, McGaughy's, INEZ IHC, or get a custom kit? I've heard good things about Belltech, but I have yet to find anyone who has installed this kit on their NNBS trucks. Also, do I need a C notch for a 4/7 drop? If I would need a C-notch, what C-Notch would you recommend and would the bed need to be cut?

Ive heard bad things about the Inez kit when it comes to turning radius, supposedly you lose quite an amount. But i dont know if hes fixed his design since then.
Two things im not a fan of are adjustable drop struts, or spindles, I have always use drop arms in particular the DJM ones.
I would combine maybe one of the two, either drop struts or spindles with the lowering control arms, BUT that is my personal preference, ive always delt with lowering 4WD trucks, so this is whats always worked best for me.
You wont need a notch in the rear, but i would recommend it because you might still bottom out with some cargo, best recommendation is to get a notch welded in instead of the bolt on stuff.

Can you elaborate a bit on why you prefer drop arms over spindles/struts? I've heard that control arms may have balljoint issues as they wear out? I don't know much about suspension.
Any brand recommendations for the welded C-Notch?
Also, should I get helper bags if I plan to drop some heavy weight on my truck once in a while?

Arms are easier to align, with struts and spindles youll have a harder time trying to get the right alignment and loose more turning radius.
Another thing ive never liked with spindles is the clearance between the lower ball joint and the rim, ive seen cases were people have to cut or flip that bolt.
Regardless youre gonna put some stress on the ball joints, whether you go arms or spindles.
For the notch, im not sure where youre located but id find a local shop who can make you a custom one, if not i know here in Houston Reklez sells a weld in underbed notch that slips over the frame and you just weld then cut out.
I have always used helper bags because i dont like to cut my frame for a notch, but helper bags are fairly inexpensive, so i would get them if budget allows, and probably wouldnt even worry about notching unless you plan to go lower.

Gotcha. What control arms kit would you recommend for my truck? Also, would I need different shocks and springs for that control arm?
Should I go with this helper bag kit?

So pretty much these:

I'll also need a flip kit for the rear:

Am I missing anything to complete my drop? What about appropriate shocks/struts for my drop? Would you recommend these:

Shocks, just depends on your preferrence, i hated the belltech shocks, im waiting to run some fox shocks up front, but Ive heard the bellsteins are real nice and soft.
For the rear unless you use drop shocks, youre gonna need shock extenders
