Sorry to hear about that. I also thought you were going to say a Wife/Girlfriend hopped into the truck to go to the store or something. I would go ahead and put some oil in and see what happens

well does it even crank now, or is she locked up for good?
Marvel Mystery Oil is amazing.. It unlocked my buddies 06 Honda Foreman 500. He put the oil filter in backwards and starved the motor. Locked the piston in the cyl. Couldnt turn it over with the pull start or Elec start.
Pull spark plug, pour in MMO and let it sit for a few hours. Come back and hit the start button. get most of the MMO out, put spark plug back in. and it is still running so far.

Heck its worth a shot.

Dude that sucks, but I would seriously try to break it loose. We have a old international 345 thats been running for years after someone ran it out of oil and locked it up.

Well heres the update I called a friend who works on cars before i did anything. we replaced the filter and put fresh oil in. It took a few cranks but it started idles rough and seems to run funny I dont know if its my mind playing tricks on me but feels like its lost allot of power. I dont know what im going to do I may just drive it like this and just have someone build me a new engine. was looking at the 408 in the classified section looks nice.

By the way. Whats the worst thing that could of happened if itwas on for a few minutes with no oil?

Scored cylinder walls, warped rings, scored or scuffed bearings, block or head warpage (friction creates ALOT of heat)....
