Just paid 1.75 for some 93 octane here... if it goes past 1.80, I am gonna set Hypertech to 87 and save 20 cents or so. This is insane!

 

I found some 87 yesterday for $1.43. The sign at the station across the street said $1.59. Gee, I wonder which station I went too...

 

I get 93 for 1.61 at the grocery store. The weird thing is it goes

Here in WA its 87=1.93, 89=2.03, 92=2.13
In some places regular is 2.05!

 

You guys are soooo lucky actually. You CAN'T get gas in Phoenix. A pipeline broke and only about every fifteenth station has gas (87 only)!
HERE are some of our prices, if you can find it: $3.79 = 87octane
$3.89 = 89octane
$3.99 = 91octane

Hah and you thought you were getting screwed!!!

 

I saw these prices just last night around the Spring area; 87=1.59 89=1.69 93=1.79

I think that gas line excuse is total BS, at least for us. Our gas comes from refineries that are about 3 miles from me, how does that affect us? Any, I mean, any reason for them (oil industry) to screw us and be able to raise prices they do. If it's not a problem with this, it's a problem with that. I don't believe the F$%^&*G word they say!!

1.69 for regular in Tucson... ON BASE!!!!... its supposed to be cheaper on base... it jumped 20 cents in 2 weeks!
