i had alot of weight reduction.
no tailgate, spare, back seat, no junk in the back.
and took my exhaust off, took passenger headlight out.
if i could have hooked up on the get go, i do belive i could have put some serious lengths on my friends.
it started off pretty good but too much wheel spin, and it pulled really hard from 3K+ to 6k.
i have 131k miles on it too. and the tires dont hardly weigh anything, they are cheap Liberator All-Terrains from wallyworld.
what would you say a stock QC hemi with 3.92 average 1/4's??
i put 1.5 lengths on him.
from a 30roll if i had good tires, it is pretty bad. atleast i think so.
i wish i knew some one with a camaro SS or Vette?, i would love to ride in one of those to get the feel.
any ways i like my truck.
wouldnt trade it for anything, well except a C6Z06, haha then i wouldnt be able to afford insurance.

What would yall guess im putting to the ground? with the K&N and Hypercrapper???
Well, my point was that you cant guess that just because he ran that time and you ran him and beat him a few that you run faster than his fastest time. Brain teaser . Just take your truck to a 1/4 mile track and see. Then report back and let us know.

dang 02reaper you to confusing! J/K i under stand what you saying. thats what he told me so i figured that was his best time?
i would go to a track but the closest one is in Hattisburg, ms and thats a good ways from here. there is an 1/8th mine in Byram, but its like $35 to race. i think there is a 1/8 mile track in canton also. not sure? and premium aint cheap, haha. well actually its prob cheaper here than most places. $2.69 here. $2.49 for reg.
but if i take it easy i can get some really good mileage. but thats hard to do!

Actually the first set I had were G-power and now I have v-power. I think the only reason my time was so slow was weight (hitch, spare tire, rear bumper, fiberglass bed cover). I am gonna try to run it at the track tonight with the stock rims and see if I can get a better time now. I have lost the hitch and installed the headers and shift kit since my last run so hopefully I can get traction tonight and get a better time.

well the only time i have seen a 04 ecsb truck run a 15.10 with exhaust and hpp3 full street trim with tailgate down 3.42 open diff., was my neighbors truck and it was 44 degrees out. I have seen others do it but not sure of there mods. Best thing to do is go and run it. That same night i ran a 14.9 in my 00 ecsb 4.8 truck with all bolt-ons and 4.10, I was pretty pissed lol.

i got 22-23mpg a couple times, but it was in winter, no ac/heat, all freeway and all under 2k rpm. 620 miles to a tank is my best. i average 400 miles to a tank here lately
