Would a 440ci engine pass emissions?

What county are you in? Weber, Davis, salt lake and Utah counties, as well as possibly Washington county require emissions. If you live outside of those areas, you don't have to do emissions and as of January we don't even have to do safety inspections. I live in clearfield so unfortunately still have to do emissions...
