I have a 4/6 as some of you may know already, and am looking to get a 20x8.5 wheel with 5.5in backspacing which then would like to put a 275/40/20 tire on it. Does anybody know for sure if this will fit or is it gonna rub?

You're good to go! Going with the 40 series will eliminate any rubbing issues.

 

Might have to roll the fenders out back.

 

Should look good with your drop. The largest you can go with a 4/6 is really a 275/45 20 but trucks I've seen with 275/40's look badass.

 

What backspacing does the Silverado SS wheels have? I'm considering them as well as the rt-s wheel. How do yall think the SS wheel would look on my truck with a 275/40 tire?

 

I think the aluminum (not chrome) Silverado SS wheels would look perfect with a 275/40-20 tire. I like the black RT-S wheels but I don't think they would look as good as SS wheels on a pewter truck.
