Will these tires fit

I have a 2001 stepside silverado with a 2 4 drop. i have 275 60 16 tires on a 16 x 10 rim. Will 285 60 16s fit with the drop and the 16 x 10 wheels? Anybody have any pics of this?

What is the backspace on the wheel? I don't know of any 10's that fit under the fenders?
