Just like the title says, will new style seats be a direct boltin to my 04 silvY?

You would lose your seat belts as the NNBS aren't built in IIR correctly.

Wow really? I haven't looked at one up close yet. Can't believe they went away with the belt in seat combo.

making a bracket and cutting a pocket wouldn't be hard though....but will they bolt up or is heavy modification required?

Don't get the cloth seats, they suck bad. They pick up lint, hair or whatever is floating in the air and will not let go. I have dog hair all over my seats and couldn't get it out with a lint roller or my 6 HP shop vac. I would kill for some nice leather seats, lol.
