I'm in the same boat as you. If it doesn't sell by spring, then I'm taking it back to stock as close as I can and taking the hit on a trade.

If you're going to do that, just trade me trucks!

So, the general thought is, it's not the truck, it's other factors.
I was hoping that was the case...

I was beginning to think there was something wrong with my truck, you know, kinda like the guy with the ugly g/f, but he doesn't know it, and no one will tell'em that, so they say nothing at all...

At this point in time, we'll lose alot of money no matter what. I took a big hit on selling my 2007 Vmax (I got freaking lucky that I found a buyer, even if they are family.) but I got such an amazing deal on a 2009 that I couldn't pass it up.

2wd loose value here in the Northeast in the winter. Price looks good. My race team owner who is a used car dealer just bought a 05 2500HD with 130K and the truck is clean for $2700 bucks. Everybody can come up with 3-4 grand once you get over that its a struggle to come up with the funds. I just got a 06 2wd tahoe with 120k for $4000.

Yep. The 2wd in this area kills ya along with being a short bed. Most trucks either sell for being 4x4 or having a long bed for work trucks. FYI, there is a 2003 GMC EXSB 2wd with 98K for $3400 near me. Needs tires and a bumper and brakes. If it was 4x4...it would have been gone LONG ago.
