why such bad mpg???

damn near the same mpg as with the 3.42s, that's why i'm concerned.

also, i seafoam it regularly, both in the tank and through brake booster...

although the insides of the pipes do look fairly black (noticed it the other day)

What have you been gettin before the mods and such?
last 3 times i pulled our 16' 4wheeler trailer with 4 Honda Foreman 4x4s i got 14mpg.. and thats gettin 5psi of boost goin up hills doin 65-70.

Although my buddy has a 98 RCSB 4x4 with the 5.7 and 3.42s... he has always got about 15ish mpg cruising... its stock

is your speedometer calibrated?

speedometer is calibrated, yet it's always been about 5mph off (according to gps), which i don't think is THAT big of a deal, i still thinking the afr is out of whack but i can't get in touch with my tuner

just as long as its stayin consistant.....

im stumped...... drop a 5.3 or 6.0 off in there....

yea you and me both, i don't know what the deal is. was hoping i could get a few more to chime in here.

and as far as a swap....that would definitely compliment these 4.10s

I have a 5.3 that came out of my truck.... ill make you a good deal on it...
