My guess would be that you have 4.10s in your truck vs her 3.73's. They are probably playing into her favor quite well once the trucks get moving. I have raced my dads C3, (also has 3.73s) in my Sierra Denali, I can get him off the line and through second, then he pulls me hard. Gearing is why she is outrunning you, I think. A 4.10 falls off pretty fast once its up and off the line in my opinion. That would be my guess as to why the wife is hot lapping your SD

Andy, we both have the same gears, I am guessing 3.73s (1750rpm at 60 mph) she also gets 2 mpg better. I think the truck isn't very slippery compared to the Yukon. What kind of mileage do you get with your SD? I just added Gibson exhaust to my truck and nothing changed except the noise.

The Yukon would get the nod for traction. Just as my H2 gets good rear traction... lots of weight over the rear.

Thats cause you added a Gibson.
Throw it in the trash and get you a magnaflow.
Do some research on this website you will find out quickly that alot of the manufacturers that you think are good and have flashy advertising arent worth a crap.

I drove one, too noisy for my wife and kids, the Gibson is loud enough for me and they don't complain. I have a 5.0 Rustang with MAC exhaust 12.9 @ 109) and they won't get in it!!!
