HIstoricaly, Great Britain had its time and so did Germany. The U.S. and the Soviet Union had the "Cold War" going for 40 something years. History tends to repeat itself and with that in mind all great empire eventually fall apart. Some take longer than other but they all do. So who will be the next Superpower?
