Default Where can i find a manual rack for my silverado

I'm looking to buy a manual rack and pinion for my silverado, does anyone know where i can find one at? want something nice. thanks in advance guys.

I recall jason23 putting a manual rack on his truck which I believe was from flaming river. Blown06 may have used a manual rack on his build too. May want to search his build thread in the projects section.

Madman built mine and blown06 call triangle speed shop he works with them now. Be ready to spend a lot of money though lol

^about 1600.00 i just talked to bryan about mine but yet to make the purchase lol!

if you need anything edgar let me know im not far from triangle speed about 15 miles or so

Ok. Now my question is. Is it worth going that rout for the ones that have already don it. How is steering? Is it very hard to turn or not bad?

If you have skinnies on the front it's not bad at all. A huge advantage is being able to ditch that heavy bracket that the alt and ps pump is mounted to. And the ps pump.

My truck on skinnies and alot of weight reduction turns just as easy as if it had power steering.its not bad at all and sure cleans up a huge amount of space with the alternator relocated to the bottom.
