Where to buy?

Where's a good place to buy the following? For an '01 Tahoe.

Exhaust- probably just a cat back for now

Drop kit- something like a 2/4

Billet grill

Just looking for opinions on who has the best prices on what I'm looking for. I've got about $1200 to spend on dropping it, putting exhaust on and a billet grill.
