Since im the highest mileage winner at the moment, i would like to say with my 4.8L im still getting 19mpg and i never go 1/4throttle or less. I usually get 150miles per 1/4 tank or around 400miles a tank.

And yeah filling up at the gas station sucks my stick, $50 to fill last time from about 1/8th tank with 87 octane. Can't wait till i get my 93 octane hot tune so i can spray nitrous on the street my wallet will go

I think storm5.3 has got you beat, I think he has like 190k? on his 99. I could be wrong though. It's impressive how much everything lasts on these trucks. My '02 has 120k and no problems except replacing the rear brake pads at 105k and again at 117k(used cheap pads from "tha zone").

I use only 93 octane V-power from Shell and it usually costs me $50-$55 a fill up.

I just rolled 40,000 on my 04 on a 700 mi trip to Niagra Falls, I got 22mpg the way up following someone else. I had the cruise control on 70mph the whole way. On the way back I got 17mpg cause I shaved an hour and a half off the travel time
My avg is around 17.5 mpg combined highway and around town.
