Man im just gettin started but i wanted to know what u guys r doing (1 vehicle owners). I live in Mn so I have to deal with big temp changes (cold -25 (really) to up to 102f) , snow (2" deep too maybe over a foot deep in one storm) , Potholes(up to a foot deep, true man), Salt to keep the snow & ice in check (i have a 2000 ecsb with rust on the frame rails, unless this is common on hydroformed rails). Im really interested in exhaust system and header materials (thinking t-304 ss) ie supermaxx, borla, corsa, slp (does just everyone rip them because they are quiet or because they do not flow well. I really dont care about brand names just looking for the best/worst mods to do. P.S. Im not looking to lower my truck because of the snow and potholes (if anyone tells u awd drive is the way to go I say sand bags & u good to go). Also is a blower affected by below zero temps (removing my maf screen worked great untill temps dropped below 30 degrees and my gas milelage went from about 17.4 to 9 per gallon so I had to buy a new one off ebay

Those headers you mentioned are not all thgat popular because there are cheaper and equivelant alternatives. As long as you have a decent set of headers coated, and done right, they shouldn't be bothered by the different elements up there.
