Is all that's needed is the blinker stalk with the controls? Since it's throttle by wire, I would think everything was already built in to the PCM or BCM?MBCM... Is this true? I am asking this on the 03-05 GM box trucks (modified vans...)

I have a 2004. I called a couple local places and they both said it would be about 300.00. I saw a catalog (might have been JC Whitney) that had the parts for about 190.00. I still am running without it.
