Well to make you all feel better i get an average of 11.4 but i have a 5.3. Maybe a 6.0/6.2 swap sounds more economical now

In town mine is around 10 with the 3000 stall tcc. On the highway it gets 18+ if I stay around 70, but if I go faster(which I usually do) it goes down pretty quick from there.

With the 5.3 , I get 12-14 city and average around 16-17 mixed with Highway. I can get 19-20 all highway depending on road conditions But I Need to drive around 80 MPH to achieve that. 2WD, 3:42 with 265/75/17 . 80 MPH is turning around 2000 RPM

Haven't spent enough time on the road with the LQ9 in the VHO but it seems like 12 around town and 17 Highway.

get a custom tune and that will go up..i never got better than 17 with the 5.3 and 24s with a tune, but the 6.0 definatly helped on highway mpg..i never kick down on hills and that helps a ton in my heavy *** truck..I would like to think same set up i could get 22 highway consistant in my rcsb when lowered

I can get close to 15 mpg highway with my setup. If it was the same numbers at the dragstrip, I would brag that I was deep in the 14s!
