what would happen if i was able to hook up a vette gauge pod in my silvy? first off is it possible, second would it screw with my pcm. im gonna have a 200mph speedo if i have to make it out of legos!

 

Aside from the fact it's a different size and shape.It would be great and would probably function well in your completely rebuilt dash.Go for it I'd love to see some pictures when you finish.

 

what's the point of havinga 200mph speedometer in a truck that will never get much past half way to that number?

 

i just wanted to be able to actually see it when i hit 150mph or so. that and it would be original.

 

I pegged 130 (speed limiter) just shy of a 1/2 mile the other day going at it from a 20 roll.

If you can't hit but 100, maybe we should talk a little more.

 

 

yeah, yeah, yeah, always bustin my chops. you know im a working guy just like you Nathan. im planning ahead...just may take me a little longer. say, if buying one of your stickers gets a discount on your tuning can i just buy 9 stickers and get the tune for free?? J/k. besides i truly believe in the theory of making a goal slightly higher than what you really want(or are able) to achieve. it makes you try that much harder. anyone else...............
