Default what wheels on front when 5 lug conversion

What wheels are you guys running when you do a 5 lug conversion? I would think you need at least a 16" rim to clear the calipers, what about width & back spacing?
Looking for a light weight tire/wheel combo for the strip but that can stand up to the front end weight of the truck. I think the hubs are standard chevy 5 on 4 3/4.

I was looking at some Pro Stars when I considered the swap... Fairly inexpensive, classy looking, available in lots of sizes,

Look around for pics of 'Dirty30' his truck was really nicely done with an LS1/TH400 and 5 lug swap.

I like the Pro Stars but they are only available in 14" & 15" There's a couple styles of 16" in Jegs that don't look too bad.
