5 serious cars showed up tonight, along with about 30 other cars. looked like a clasic night in the making. i was at the finish line taping the first set of cars and after some screwing around they finialy got a good launch. right at that time a cop put his spot light on me holding the camera. i took off but the cops pulled over at least 6 cars. only 2 of them were racing but they handed out drag racing tickets to everyone. this will probably mess up future racing around here. maybe for a long time.

That's not cool. I can see the spot light being shined on Jim, he gives a confusing look, hops in the truck and gives them crown-vics a run or two!

Wouldn't it be cool if a guy's local track had grudge match nite maybe two to three times a month. Then would not have to take it out on the street. Instead of borring.... oh I mean bracket racing. All the time.

one can dream I guess.

It wouldn't help. There are still those that will insist on racing on the streets. Can't really go from a roll on the track.

Could have it setup that way. Just no burn out box floor it when you pass the tree. besides if a guy can't drive out of the hole, what good is he or the car or truck.
